I just took a look at Tankathon.com and we are now at 23rd pick. Why are the Blazers and Mavericks ahead of us in the draft standings when they are ahead of us in seeding?
Shouldn't it be Lakers 21, Blazers 22 and Mavericks 23? Not the other way around? _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |

Quote: | According to Jonathan Givony of ESPN, the league will conduct coin flips as tiebreakers for the NBA draft order at some point in the early afternoon (ET). The Cleveland Cavaliers and Oklahoma City Thunder are tied for the fourth-best lottery odds, and the Orlando Magic (via the Chicago Bulls), New Orleans Pelicans and Sacramento Kings are tied for the eighth-best odds.
Outside of the top 10, the Charlotte Hornets and San Antonio Spurs will be tied for 11th if they both lose in the play-in tournament, the New York Knicks and Atlanta Hawks are tied for 19th, the L.A. Clippers and Denver Nuggets are tied for 25th, and the Houston Rockets (via Portland Trail Blazers), Los Angeles Lakers and Knicks (via Dallas Mavericks) are tied for 21st. |

Correction: the tiebreakers will be conducted next Tuesday _________________ Under New Management

Mirotic turned down a 3 year/$45 million contract in the NBA to go to Europe because he wanted to be the star of the team and take the last shot.
No way he comes back here to be a bench player. |

Isn’t it his first time? After coming back from a life threatening diagnosis?
Well at least Caris now has time to make YouTube videos, talk about what’s a fair deal for his services, get testy with the media when asked about his 2nd COVID situation.
Let’s see how Dennis performs in the playoffs because it sure looks like Vogel is comfortable going to THT and AC who have been reliable all season and don’t talk about getting $20M+ every other month. |
Also seems like the Pacers may tank the play-in game just to get the season over with. _________________ Under New Management |

Geez.
I feel like we won't see THT close any games. It will likely be Dennis/AC b/c they have a clue on defense.
But man, please do not punch Dennis if you ever see him. We may need him. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Do the tiebreakers include Dallas, Portland and Lakers? Because that doesn't make much sense If it does. _________________ Darvin Scam: https://media.tenor.com/images/3c15249955860a4b16b59e8ae035fb75/tenor.gif |

Just have the same energy if the Lakers cut him loose or S&T.
Don’t tell LG you knew he was a disappointment after the fact
By the way, I didn’t say anything about THT closing. It was more of if he can’t make a simple entry pass and becomes a turnover machine, Vogel will not hesitate to go to THT and AC. In fact, the last 2 games THT got more of the rotation minutes than Dennis “I’m starter” Schroder. For closing time, Vogel trusts Lebron, AD, KCP, AC, Kuzma and Wes. The first 5 won the chip last season and Wes has earned Vogel’s trust while other additions were preoccupied with other things...and by that I don’t mean just DS.
Why was Dennis biting his lip on the bench? I thought he wanted to start and didn’t care about the minutes...just the perception that he’s a starter!

Yes, I realize Klutch is forcing you to trade AD to the Lakers. Just do it and I’ll give you Zion...for 7 years at least.

The Pelicans should have the 2028 #1 pick locked up after Zion leaves New Orleans for the Lakers. _________________ Under New Management |

New Orleans gets our pick (from the AD trade) unless it's 7 or less. If that happens, they get our 2022 pick. |

You've got it backwards - it goes to NO if it's top-8. Since it won't be, we keep it and NO gets our 2022 #1. _________________ On Lakersground, a concern troll is someone who is a fan of another team, but pretends to be a Lakers fan with "concerns". |

If I understand these comments I believe it is actually reversed. NO would have been awarded the Lakers pick this year if it fell 1-7. This years pick belongs to the Lakers. |

It belongs to the Lakers and will land somewhere between picks #21-23 depending on the outcome of a bunch of coin flips next Tuesday to break the three-way tie between the Lakers, Blazers, and Mavs. _________________ Under New Management |
