Depressing year getting even more depressing...
I've already conceded the Clippers would win it all this year. I'm just more worried about next year since champions usually repeat or 3-peat. I want to be optimistic about the Lakers next year but then Pelinka is still our GM. Maybe a healthy Klay Thompson would turn the Warriors into another potential roadblock for the Clippers. _________________ LeGoat! LeMazing! LeGend! |

I hope you're right. The only other team I hate as much as them are the Asstros. |

Paul George... not Kawhi Leonard, not Chris Paul, not Blake Griffin, not Elton Brand, not Lamar Odom, not Corey Maggette, not Darius Miles, not Ron Harper, not Bob McAdoo is the first star to get the Clippers franchise to the conference finals. |
Danny Manning should definitely be on this list.
And probably Michael Olowokandi, and Nique _________________ Darvin |

Imagine a combined $3.3M giving you 66 points(25-37 FG) in a close out game missing your best player.
The fact that the Clippers were down 0-2, twice, giving me all this hope, makes it so much worse. |

Still no update on Kawhi's injury? I guess we're just not gonna get one.

That's really what it comes down to. Jazz lost the series on coaching, failing to adjust when Gobert couldn't defend a small ball lineup. Didn't want to hurt Gobert's feelings? Wow. |

No reason to give one and affect team morale or distract from the task at hand. Because then the players will just have to hear "so Kawhi is out for-" and "We just got word that Kawhi-" at the start of every interview. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

If they win, there is no gap. We would be on the same level with them, except they would probably be better because I don't see their gm dumb enough to break up their championship squad, after their 1st championship. They would have the same squad and more chemistry.

Props to the Clippers. They have fought back and won twice in 0-2 deficits.
If they can beat the Suns that will surprise me. But it’s going to be interesting. |

Clippers remind me of us last season. Main difference is they use their first two games as feel out games, instead of one. |

I hate the Clippers but good job guys, on the comeback.
Horrible coaching my Snyder. Expect his firing this weekend.
How do not make adjustments?
I saw shots the Clippers took that they were so open, they could have had lunch first, and then shot it..
Giving up 81 second half points!!! How could you not adjust, Snyder?
Gobert should have been sitting. He single handedly gave up about 45 points on defense in the second half.
But, what I saw from the Clippers that the Lakers need to model is shooters. You need shooters in this league.
Lakers need to dump the majority of the guys who can’t shoot. |

So if we still had Jerry, we might have gotten Mann right now? Clippers look completely different now that Jerry has been helping them a few years now. If the Clippers won the championship, Jerry would go down as the brightest basketball mind ever. Thank Jeanie. I hope Rob doesn't completely destroy the Lakers with his ineptitude. _________________ LeGoat! LeMazing! LeGend! |

Jerry West hasn't done anything yet except help get his team to the WCF. If they win a championship I will give him credit. Remember this is the same clown that called the reigning champions a (bleep) show. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

Jeanie betrayed him first or whatever happened between them obviously infuriated Jerry to a point that he would go and help out the crosstown rival of all teams.
I'd hate to say it but wherever Jerry goes, championships follow. Clippers look like heavy favorite to win it all at this point unless they go cold all of a sudden. They're so deep that they could even absorb the loss of their best player unlike other teams who cannot afford the same luxury. _________________ LeGoat! LeMazing! LeGend! |

Sorry, I don't buy jerry west is the deciding factor. He was there last year with pandemic P and the huge flame out. Warriors basically cut bait as a get off my lawn old head.
Now, I agree Rob changed too many pieces of a championship team, but that team would have crashed and burned... Maybe not have even made the play offs given the same injuries to LBJ and AD.
But let's break it down anyway. Danny green was getting death threats for playing like ass when it counted. Trading for DS was a hailed by all. Though, probably should have pushed a second instead of a first, being dennis was a free agent after the season. The first was probably the sticking point though.
Dwight and Rob drama. They both blew it
Rondo wanted that bag. Simple as that.
Avery is a head case and we didn't need him anyway.
Should have kept javale. Simple as that. Can we get him back?
Who else of significance am I missing?
How about some low cost, highish risk "swag"? Maybe dion waiters or Lance make em dance Stephenson? Probably a dumb idea, but whatever. |

This year was strange. Last year was strange in a different way.
Hopefully the Clippers post-kawhi Cinderella story ends in the WCF.
Then Kawhi leaves in free agency. _________________ 💜💛 🏆 👀 🍖 #18!!! |

The 2024-25 season can’t get here fast enough, so that the Clippers can have their own arena and stop d!@&-riding the purple and gold like they have for the past 51 years. |
