His role on those heat teams was the 3rd guy like Lamar but his overall body of work dwarf's Lamars.

*edit* - Looks like someone already posted his accolades.
People think the Basketball Hall of Fame is super strict but it's by far the least stringent of the 4 major sports. You have "contributors", obscure WNBA players and coaches, some random European player. It's all over the place. There are also quite a few NBA players in particular those from 80s and 90s that pale in comparison to what Bosh has accomplished and they're in there.
