Just a lot of guys that probably aren't major leaguers are on the team right now. We're just trying to get by with these depth pieces and it's not working. We don't have a ton of easy fixes in the bullpen given who is out, so I get that part of it. But Rios' presence on this roster is just ridiculous. Like, that is a simple, immediate move that needs to be made and should have been made a week ago. What does he need to go, go 0-for-50 before they send him down? Beaty has been red-hot, and he got ZERO at-bats today, and two games were played, including the second game where it was close throughout. Lux continues to scuffle, and Beaty doesn't get an AB and Rios and Lux do. We're making it too easy for the opposition.
Now add in the shoddy defense and Betts and Seager scuffling a bit, and we're really struggling. We're getting great starting pitching, too. When that inevitably falters a bit, hopefully the bats pick it up. |

Wow - clearly blocking homeplate there. I don't know why that rule is there if you're not going to enforce it. |

This is like the opposite of 2017– every game/moment that could go either way never goes our way |

Or exactly like 2017 during that bad stretch we had. |

We're a bad baseball team right now, and that's with great starting pitching. |

That too. But that was just a month-ish of sucking. This is a month-ish of 50/50 games that we always lose. We’re providing highlights and walkoffs for every one we face 🙃
Seager stock is plummeting too. |

Seager needs to be benched. He is such a terrible player right now.
I remember the question was asked before the start of that season that we may only get to pay one or two of Seager, Buehler and Bellinger.
Well I sure as hell don’t want the Dodger to fork over $300mill for him.
God this team is an utter trainwreck. Thank god we have an off day tomorrow solely for the fact that we cannot lose. |

Seager’s price has gone down.
Lindor was smart to get $341M. His price has gone down as well. |

The disappointing thing is that the vast majority of our losses have been by one run. Just by the law of averages, you would expect us to win a lot more of those close games than we have. Anyway, the excuses are wearing thin here - certain hitters are not doing their job. Its time for them to get their asses in gear. |

That extra inning format spells disaster, given the state of the bullpen. |

I swear we've played like 20 extra innings games and lost them all, except for the one Padres game that we, honestly, should have lost. |

Given our offense, if we didn’t have this format we might be playing multiple 15+ inning games. |

Ugh, shades of the '89 team, post WS hangover with injuries and underachieving galore. |

1 game over .500, not something most Dodger fans expected after the hot start..... |

I should have shut my bloody mouth. That's what I get for comparing us to the 98 Yankees. _________________ KOBE |

What an incredible 4th inning today by the Dodgers - 8 runs so far, all getting done with singles. |

Our run differential is going to look good. We win these blowout games (13-0) then lose a bunch of 1 run games. |

Even in what was a 13-0 game, the Dodgers are annoying me. |
