Dennis Schroder is up to 53% from mid range in the last 10 games. That's almost Chris Paul level efficiency. To the point where you can't drop back against him. Big time weapon once we get to some AD at the 5 lineups. |

Dude's change of speed followed by a mid-range pull-up is a thing of beauty. |

Initially, Dennis was mostly about asset management for me. We gave up a solid vet in Green (coming off a championship) and a 1st rounder for Dennis. So it was clear that Rob wanted to keep Dennis long term.
But as I've seen Dennis more through the year, particularly in AD/LBJ's absence, I see him as a piece that will be instrumental in defending our title this year. I also see him as a good piece going forward as we have an aging LBJ. I think he will surprise us all in a good way come the playoffs. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

I like this guys killer mentality. Reminds me of Kobe, I mean he is not close to Kobe as a player obviously but the mentality and the dog he has in him reminds me of that. |

AD recognizes Dennis the Menace’s contributions. |
Game recognizes game. LBJ/AD have been sitting in street clothes watching Dennis so they know.
Also, it was worth noting how effusive CP3 was in praising Dennis in his short tenure in OKC.
If CP3/AD/LBJ like you, there's something nice going on. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

As long as Klutch agrees...that’s the way it works in the LBJ years.
Rob: Dennis wants $23M
LBJ/AD: Sign him up*
*Assuming he has a good to great playoff run. |

What is schoeders skillset?
His inability to shoot a shot near the rim in any fashion can lead to injuries to other players. He zips into the hole and then stutters and doesn't take the shot and then wastes time finding another player.. His success at the hole is only houdiniesque layups that leave him on the floor afterwards near every time.
His offense is really irritating to watch
He looks like a track player who only focused on defense in basketball and is confused/ignorant when given the opportunity to score.. |

He’s a good mid range shooter. His 3 is in the 40%+ past 25 games. I don’t like when he penetrates without a plan. I love when he takes the mismatch to the rim. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

He's clearly not a lead playmaker which he was shot into since THT is not ready and Caruso is a massive liability and shouldn't be worrying about that anyways. He's trying to ride that line of being an aggressive scorer and a playmaker which he has actually done a very solid job of recently after a rough start but him at his best is being an aggressive scorer and a secondary playmaker which he was with CP3 and will be soon when Lebron comes back.
When you put him back in a primarily scoring role he will look much more comfortable imo. He can shoot the 3, has an extremely reliable mid range and can finish around the rim.
We currently look like a classic Lebron team when he's missing from the lineup which sucks right now but the good thing is he'll be back soon and cover up much of this. That's the good and bad about building your team around him but as long as he's healthy come Playoff's it's a great thing. |

Any update on Schro? When can we expect him back? We desperately need him in the lineup not just to win games, but to build chemistry with AD, AD2 and LBJ. |

AD is currently not good enough to win us games without DS. Lebron is understandably playing passive but we need another creator if AD's post touches result in 12 points on 16 shots! |

A better question is why, when his team needs him the most, he wasn't careful enough to avoid suspension due to the protocol. |

He won't. We have only 2 creators with LBJ/THT right now with Dennis out. You put them together, who is creating for the bench? _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

Dennis is going to be out 10-14 days.
I thought players were vaccinated? WTH? We can't afford to lose a key player right now. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |
