Yeah, this is the Wes I remember seeing on other teams.. Super high defensive iq without fouling.. We didn't see much defense all game from either side but in crunch time Wes once again delivered. |
Yup, he swipe the ball out of Olynyk hands without fouling and still in the defensive position. |

He has been shooting very well recently
Actually KCP, WEs Bmac, AC were all shooting well recently, Kuz was up and down. This will be scary for the other teams |

Actually KCP, WEs Bmac, AC were all shooting well recently, Kuz was up and down. This will be scary for the other teams |
And they all have been shooting well, without Bron and AD to draw double teams and get them good shots. |

| Wes Matthews play well lately. He had a put back to force into OT against the Knicks and a key defense against Olynyk in final seconds. He could take up some responsibilities from KCP and AC |

He’s going to be important in the playoffs.
Vogel has 2 more weapons this time around in Wes and Marc. 2 guys who understand how to play the game and will execute Vogel’s defensive game plan. |

Wes stays ready. Impressed with his professionalism as much as how well he's been playing lately.
Assuming Bron/AD are healthy and creating that 'Superstar Gravity' all our snipers (Wes/KCP/Ben/Kuz/THT) are in for some big moments in some big games. |

Guys like him, Caruso, kcp, and gasol play off of Lebron and AD so well. He needs to be in the rotation.

Wes played excellent, intelligent shut down defense alongside AC and KCP. Great to see this.
I have to agree, Wes showed he belongs in our playoff/crunch time rotation. |
