Yup. And kept McGee. Got too cute. Should have kept Green too. We didn't need Dennis with Rondo here

Last year’s team without LBJ and AD missing as much time as they have wouldn’t crack the top 10 in West.

Pelinka was right to make the skill/production upgrades.

It’s looking like 7 seed is what they want with a healthy team. Sacrificing Ws.

But if they do come up short, some or most of supporting cast should start wondering how many more days they will be in a Lakers uniform.

It doesnt matter. With Harell/Morris as backup frontcourt, they will still lose this game.

They didn't get an upgrade over Rondo or Dwight. They messed up. Could have kept Dwight for the minimum, signed Rondo, and still signed Gasol and traded McGee

They weren’t going to survive with Rondo/Dwight production. Rondo would have got hurt too. He got to chill for 70% of the season. Couldn’t happen here...

Probably could have. Would have kept Green, could have used BAE on a different guard. Also. How many games had Dennis missed?

Look around the league. This condensed season is beating up teams left and right. Can't play this many games this close together. The schedule the league came up with is borderline dangerous.

Believe me, I’m the last one to defend Dennis. All I’m saying is they would struggle to score without the additions of Pelinka.

I’m plenty irritated with Dennis. Dude wears a mask on Zoom calls with media, but then has to enter COVID protocol for a second time? Nah, I’m not giving millions to that kind of character. Don’t care how hard he plays on the court. He’s not trustworthy or accountable to teammates.

Sorta feels like it doesnt it? It's like they had a can of "good fortune" that was sapped out.

Now this year just about every thing that can almost go wrong, with injuries, 50/50 balls, or opponents chucking the ball at the rim and it bounces 3 times rolls around and falls in, or end of quarter heave-ho 3's...all seem to be going the other guys way.

Dennis should come back really apologetic for whatever COVID protocol he breached. That's just stupid and selfish.
