Do you think it's better for AD and Bron to rest and accept that they will be in the play-in or they should go for the 6th spot?

We're still limping to the finish but hey at least we know we match up better agaimst PHX than LAC. Besides we should be able to handle a one man Dubs squad for the play-in with our team at full strength and rested.

I want the 7 seed, so sit Lebron, AD and a bunch of other guys vs NY and take an L.

Then play the full squad vs Houston and Indy to work on chemistry and timing. Get the Ws.

Sit everyone vs the Pels and take one more L if needed to stay in 7th.

We need to avoid the Clippers in the first round, we need LeBron ready for that series, so I would like to get the 7th or 8th spot. The only problem would be the Suns tanking and the Clippers winning, we need Phoenix to win at least 2 games.

Need to get integrated again so I expect that is how they will play this. Lebron needs a few games back. Rest guys that need it. I think Kuz was one of those he looked gassed last game. He isn't used to being a primary ball handler he was bringing the ball up a lot.

Let's say Lebron comes back at least 80-90% with games to spare. Then there are many silver linings to take hope from, instead of remaining fixated on the negatives:
* AD is looking at or very near 100%
* KCP load-managed during the season and now looks ready to go.
* Kuzma needed rest having played high minutes all season, he's going to get it now that our playoff situation is mostly settled
* DS manages to get rest after carrying the load for 2nd half. Silver lining.
* Wes Matthews is (finally) playing like the vet he is.
* Gasol is playing at his best level this season, just needs more reps with Trezz.
* Drummond will have a solid 20 games playing with AD, much needed.
* AC got a few games rest, looks to be healing, is always ready mentally.
* KNOCK ON WOOD. McLemore is the first shooter that is fulfilling the role of a shooter in a Lakers uniform! Anyone have an anti-jinx?

Lots of positives. I'm really just waiting for ONE thing: LBJ to come back healthy and be 90+ % in the play-ins. Then we roll.
