I hope the Lakers can find a trade partner for him next season. |

Hopeful meme to lighten the sting.
But to your point, AD needs a big slap to the domepiece.
And I don't want to hear his same ass spiel in the post-gm interviews.
"I need to play better." "I need to do this." "I need to do that." yadda yadda yadda, blah blah blah.
Just go out and do it, you (bleep). _________________ The butter's hard and the eggs are chillin' in the dark.

While I do think he'll come back as a beast. It makes me think how it will be with AD 2..3...4 years down the future. Looking not so great. _________________ I love my Lakies |

I blame Drummond for being useless on offense so they could double team AD without getting punished. AD never had a chance to get going. Start Gasol with AD and watch AD thrives early. _________________ Playoffs is good enough. - Jeanie Buss 2024 |

Davis has mental engagement issues, as we all know.
This is why he is a second banana despite having one of the greatest skillsets any big man has ever possessed.
He sleepwalks through at least a couple of games each series.
He’ll be better in Game 2. |

Not to be that guy...but I will be...
there is no reason for this thread as a stand alone, I suggest we merge it into the AD thread _________________ "One thing I admire about Kuzma is his unwavering confidence. He truly has no idea that he’s not as good as he thinks." - Killer_Z |

He’s just not being used properly. If this team ran pnr with LBJ and Ad, while pressing the floor this offense will take off. |

Davis wasn't the least bit soft all of last season.
Let's get him the ball down low and get him some easy baskets early in game 2 to get his confidence going and he'll look like a much different player. _________________ Lakers 49ers Chargers Dodgers |

Our niches are AD at 4 and Bron at 3. They’re bigger than most of the league in their positions. We have to take these advantages by sending them as close to as possible to the basket.
However, with playing Drummond at 5 who is battling with Ayton under the basket all the time and Lakers always playing AD together with Drummond, we’ve giving up these advantages indeed.
AD was forced to be a soft spacing 4. And no room for Schroder to cut in too. In fact, Lakers have no shooters like Green last year |

Any idea why we can’t create more transition opportunities for Anthony? He used to feast in transition in New Orleans, beating guards down the floor. No reason we should always default to a half court set on offense when we have the quickest end-to-end big in league history. More full-court passes pls.
Edit: Davies? Was this a failed attempt at a meme |

what happens to the Davis and Lebron pick and roll?
one of the problems also is that the 3-point shots are not falling which resulted in clogging of the paint. |
