I could argue Elgin Baylor on this, but he wasn't always third banana in his best years, Worthy/Showtime took home a lot of trophies and Big Game played his role amazingly well.
Gotta give Big Game James the call on this poll.
Gasol was good, but Worthy and Baylor were on another level.
Westbrook is capable of reaching that level if everything goes perfect with health, chemistry, fit, but he hasn't played a game yet so we'll see.

Obvious answer is Big Game. Although, he was more a #1/2 option towards the end of the 80s. Magic and the Lakers made it a point to constantly massage Kareem's ego but the truth is that he stopped being a true #2 option in the mid-80s. Magic took over and made sure guys like Worthy and Byron got their shine. _________________ The butter's hard and the eggs are chillin' in the dark.
Pau when Bynum was healthy, Baylor when he was healthy, Jamaal Wilkes who doesn't get enough respect, and of course Big Game James. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

On a team with the greatest point guard of all time in Magic Johnson and the greatest center and player of all time in Kareem you can be, and are. _________________ How NBA 2K18 failed the All-Time Lakers:

Pau was at best third banana under D’Antoni and possibly lower
You could argue that Gasol was the third or fourth best player on the 2012-13 team when the Lakers had Kobe, Howard, Nash and Gasol.
That said, I don't think anyone thought of him as "a third banana." The team was too injury-ridden, dysfunctional, and unsuccessful for people to think in terms of a pecking order past Kobe.
Same with Elgin. I don't think there was any particular pecking order with West, Elgin and Wilt. More of a three-headed monster.

Who was third banana between Malone and Gary Payton? _________________ Damian Lillard shatters Dwight Coward's championship dreams:
Edit: My bad Mixtim, I misunderstood your post when I responded. You weren't saying Jamaal was a Finals MVP...note to self: drink more coffee before firing off a post in the morning.

Again, I don't recall people ordering them. It was more that the Lakers were a superteam or a "big four" rather than people getting worked up about what the pecking order was.
In many cases, "the pecking order" or "third banana" stuff is imaginary. It's not like anyone is officially declared a "third banana." It's just a perception by fans and sportscasters.
