Thankfully the refs started calling this one fairly even. They missed the obvious travel but they did ok for the second half of 4th and OT.
Still ended 35-16 in fts for the Heat but at least they let em play D somewhat.

Lakers win...120-117 in OT!
I am eating crow right now, did not believe they had it in them...
BUT...good grief, the team did just about everything to LOSE this game down the stretch. Russ taking a 3 to end regulation. Bad O over and over. 5 second violation on an in bounds.
If MIA hit their FTs, woulda been a different outcome.
Will take it of course. But, the same issues remain. The only thing? Welp, team is not healthy at all (LBJ, Reaves, Rondo, THT, Nunn, Ariza...all out). So, who knows, jury out on what they can do...but one thing, Russ is so chaotic in how he plays. For every good play he seems to do something idiotic that I would not expect for a vet.
Welp, whatever, onto the next one.

Exactly, AB was our best defender, herro did make a lot of tough shots, but I think AB did very well |

Yep. Not sure what to make of this one with like 40% of the roster hurt, but they win, but play so idiotic at times you wonder what they're about.
Props to Monk tho, kid balled out.

| Our execution down the stretch (both 4th q and ot) was terrible. We're lucky to get this W. Miami are a playoff team and they're not gonna go away easy, but you have to put the clamps down and run good plays down the stretch. |
