Oh and the injury excuse is (bleep) stupid, especially when you see the clippers have a bunch of role players sustaining .500
We just have a team full of lazy losers who don’t belong in the NBA. A few of them will ultimately pay the price for looking so bad on the biggest stage. Other teams see the lazy play, low bball iq and body language. |

Yeah, I hate the injury excuse in the regular season. Teams are more plug and play than ever in the modern game, and having a system/culture is almost equally as important as talent. It's always the next guy up. Grizzles have been doing it without Morant. Suns haven't had Booker and Paul play together for a good chunk of games. Pels haven't had their generational talent for a single game and are incorporating 3 rookies into their rotation. I don't need to say anything about the Clippers without Kawhi and PG13.
It sucks the Lakers are still 20 years behind in team building concepts. They need to get with the times or they will be the Knicks of the western conference. They learned a really valuable lesson this season. |

We'll be lucky to win 1 of the next 5.
This "team" is trash.
The sad part is.... The only 1 that seems to care about losing is Russ _________________ "Dread it, run from it... destiny arrives all the same." |

Not that it matters anymore, but I’m sure all 3 will play the following game against the Lakers |

Another completely expected loss by Lakers. Easy win by Spurs. That a +3 for Spurs we need to overcome w/4 left. Season over my friends. |

Spurs having the tie breaker essentially makes it a 3 game gap which is mathematically Impossible to overcome with 4 games left and teams looking every possible way to prevent the Lakers from getting in.. *cough Suns cough* |

Where did you come up with only 1 game behind? You don’t pay much attention to the actual NBA do you? Purely a Lakers board poster or something? |

From here on out, any combo of at least 1 more Laker loss along with 1 more Spurs win, eliminates us.
Even if they go 0-4, we HAVE to go at least 3-1. Going 2-2 while they go winless in these last 4 still locks us out since they own the tie-breaker.
But if we lose just one more time while they win 1 more time and it’s a wrap.
Im not even going to consider the Pels dropping out, cause that would take a near modern day NBA miracle to accomplish. _________________ Not familiar with the salary cap/CBA rules & how it impacts our Lakers?

If they get past the play-in, mr. Opportunist/load management is going to play imo.
He smells blood in the West.

Honest question: why do you even care if he supports the Clips?
I mean, there’s another thread about what team we’ll be rooting for since the Lakers are out |

And we get sent to the offseason early without even a whimper. How many double digit deficit/losses have we experienced this year?!? Embarrassing!
