After watching Kobe for 20 years it’s so bad to watch AD play lazy basketball |

LBJ, Reaves, Monk and THT played big.
Missed free throws and missed layups cost the Lakers this game. 11 missed free throws by the Lakers. LBJ, AD and Russ all missed layups in the last two minutes.

how did WB played small???
The only shot attempt for him under 2 minutes was tipping the offense rebound to the backboard of the AD missed free throw, and The. aD and lebron missed easy put backs |
IMO he was not aggressive, especially when Lebron was on the bench and he and AD were on the court. He needs to be taking charge, penetrating, and kick out to shooters. Instead he was hanging out on the perimeter watching other guys to work. _________________ Keep winning! |

Warriors game is showing a glimpse of a team playing without the fear of looking over their shoulders and wondering if they are going to be traded.

Lakers is a team with missing pieces because of injuries or age is a factor
When Melo is forced to play (consistently) 30+ MPG, that was never the plan
KNunn, Rondo, Westbrook and others were designed to take some of the burdens off LBJ
If the perimeter players are unable to guide the opponents to certain zones, DJ and Dwight wouldn’t be so exposed
Without our troubles, we wouldn’t have discovered Reeves and Johnson
With Ellington and Bazemore not producing (not even the limited minutes that was expected), it is forcing THT to do things that are not his strong points (https://www.silverscreenandroll.com/platform/amp/2022/2/12/22929643/lakers-were-right-keep-talen-horton-tucker-nba-trade-deadline-tht)
Noteworthy that the Nets are having similar issues. They lost shooters (Harris/KD), replaced shooting with the non-shooting Simmons, they lost a playmaker (Harden) and they have injuries
With the older players not able to stay up with Westbrook with his One Man Fastbreak, makes Russ look bad and the acquired shooters (Ellington and Bazemore) are not fast enough to take the available open shoots
Suns have remained very healthy and with little changes to their roster plus they have CP3. If they didn’t have him, Suns would be far less successful since Booker has a distaste of being the distributor and scorer |
