This gives Lebron a week worth of rest since we don't play again till Sunday

LeKnee picks his scheduled game off.

This isn’t a terrible idea, but it leaves no excuses for passive aggressive (bleep) with remaining schedule. This is his ASB.

Per Trudell

No LeBron for the Lakers tonight, as he continues to deal with the left knee soreness and effusion that’s been ongoing since late January.

It Would be nice if AD got enough ramp up to play on Sunday, that’s gonna be a huge game

Oh y'all got it yeah I just got home from set.

I think he really is dealing with knee issues but I think he's also got that scoring title in mind and showing he's still got it. So even though the last game was fun I am always concerned whenever I see him showing out like that because if you really are having a knee problem then those dunks…

Hopefully he won't miss a string of games.

I have seen video of him shooting around and folks saying he's "progressing" I haven't seen any credible source - no telling what with the blog boys are out there saying – but I haven't seen any credible source saying he's close to returning.

There is zero doubt that the Lakers will make the play in so I tend to see these games as rest / load management vs. LeBron being too sore to play today. If they needed this game I think he would be on the court scoring 40.

Lakers have a tough slot of games to close out the season while the Spurs and Blazers play with mediocre teams, there shouldn’t be any confidence of making the play in

Yeah I don’t get the 0 doubt given what has occurred this season.

Spurs vs. Lakers schedule is big time yikes even if you factor in spoilers vs. contenders.

Basically the only 0 doubt would be if AD comes back this week/early next and him and Lebron are 2019-20 versions.

Anthony Davis coming back changes everything but I think it’s gonna take him a few games or even a few weeks to get back to his old self, we still need the other guys to step up but if we get AD back by the play in I like our chances of at least winning a game or 2.

Looking at our schedule we might not win consecutive games for the rest of the season unless AD comes back

That would mean we won't make the playoffs too since we'll need to win consecutively as the 10th seed

76ers have no depth after the trade and are close to last in bench scoring. Lakers can capitalize with bench play. This is more winnable than people think.

The problem is that the talent difference is big especially without our main guys, you can have Embiid have a big game while Harden struggles and we might still have a hard time playing with them

It's going to be a FT parade for the Beard and watch Embid drop 40 points on us. This a L for sure.

Scheduled loss. We have no size.

People here love to (bleep) on AD, but the last Lakers x Sixers he gave Embiid a lot of trouble.

RW really gotta carry the load again, huh?

I'll peek at the score at halftime. If it's close, I might tune in.

There have been no reports of him being re-examined. I would guess we are a week away from that happening.
