Just because the opponent plays small doesn't mean you have to. Freaking stupid loss.
I doubt he Put Rui on Ingram at all
Why the (bleep) they traded for him?
Why the (bleep) is Dennis Schroeder playing 38 mins?
I used to get this triggered then it became comical. If LeBron allows Ham to play around with his last few years why should We care? Enjoy brick ball..

Ham is incapable of managing rotations. The Lakers need to hire a top coach to solely manage the lineups, no matter the cost.
Ham’s offensive principles and sets are very good. He’s got good qualities, but he truly has zero knowledge in regards to lineups and rotations. That’s fine. Just bring someone in to focus on that and let Ham do what he does well.

That's the difference between an assistant/coordinator and a head coach. I always liked Vogel and as someone who only observes the Lakers from a distance now, I was a bit surprised how quickly people turned on him. Then again, I think that had more to do with Lebron and his wish for a head coach who looked "different" from Vogel.

let's be real, Vogel had zero intangibles as a coach despite his mastery of defense and his basic understanding of offense. Everyone here wanted him gone
Ham has a lot of great intangibles but his understanding of xs and os is even worse than Vogel when it comes to offense and especially defense. My question is what are his assistants doing to help him out

They collecting a paycheck. He only hired yes men. He didn't want anyone to challenge his authority
There is a different closing lineup each game. Players pop up after multiple DNP and play 30 minutes. He plays small lineups instead of length. He rests Lebron and AD at the same time constantly. Takes timeouts when he should let them play it out and let’s then play it out when they should take a timeout.
If he doesn’t get the rotations figured out it doesn’t matter who you have on the team because the way things are now it makes it almost impossible to have any sort of consistency or cohesiveness.
All he talked about at the start of the season was defense and accountability. I don't see much defense out there, and accountability is limited to Thomas Bryant, apparently.

I agree with this assessment of Hamm. I don't think he's going to get much pushback from his coaching staff, because they were all picked by him. The only coach holdover from last season is Handy. And, I'm not sure how much sway Handy's opinions have. Assuming he his perspective differs from Hamm's, and voices them.
Vogel being as poor a HC on offense, is inexcusable for him being an experienced head coach.
Hamm is a rookie so, as painful as it is, it's understandable. Imo, Hamm's true test as a head coach is next season. If he displays the same ineptitude, with no significant improvement, then he won't last past his second season as a head coach for the Lakers. _________________ ZOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for saying it like that...I've been trying to get where you are...it's good to get a reminder for my goal. Once it gets to this much of a farce it can be less triggering to anger to just laugh and be amused with the absurdity of it all lol! From GM extension, no trade of WB before the season started, thin a wings except for Stanley Johnson then dump him for overcrowded back court, AD and LBJ with WB can't close 11+ games...it really is painfully funny when you think about it...all during the season where LBJ breaks the scoring record.
If a comedic tragedy in the NBA was scripted it wouldn't be believable to think AD/LBJ/WB fighting unsuccessfully all year just to hold on to the 12 seed _________________ “When it looks as if it is a realistic possibility, I want to focus on winning a ship like it’s a goal that can’t be denied. I didn’t see that this off season.”
It’s bad when the coach is making excuses about trade deadline and brons record as distraction….and not one laker player agrees with that assessment….Ham has to coach better….
