We will never know for certain but some critical differences

1) When AD is out, the team would have enough to play .500 ball around Lebron or even win some without Bron. This was not the case post-WB trade.

2) There would be team chemistry, borderline elite, especially on defense.

3) Based on #1 and 2, when the team was full strength (maybe only 30 games) instead of being 15-15 like they were, they would probably be in the 22-8 or 23-7 range.

My guess is 44 wins, and losing to the Warriors in the WCF had AD/Bron been healthy in the playoffs.

It’s about the trade. It’s about the coach. Vogel is a good coach, especially in defence. However, he isn’t good at offence. With the departure of Kidd, our offence sucked from the preseason. He didn’t know how to play these rosters together

shouldn't Pelinka or whoever was running this ****show known that? Seems no in depth discussions were made prior to selling the farm to get RW (or the discussions/concerns were ignored)

its a sign of poor management

It really concerns me that this didn't happen. If you remove names, and just put the salaries on paper relative to the salary cap you would see, 3 guys get 100%+ of the salary cap, 2 guys are making below market value (even tho THT may be overpaid now), and the rest are league mins...if you were playing a video game you would see how foolish this build is, especially when 2 of the 3 max slots, have been injury prone since arriving in LA. I once believed in Ronnie Pelinski, now it looks like he's just another small voice in the chaotic front office.
