Are there folks who really think a healthy AD and Lebron gets us only 41 wins? Or are they questioning that those 2 will be healthy? If the latter, then we stay with those 2 knowing it's a risk and hoping they stay healthy. If it's the former, then the last year has really put a torment on their lives and they're not thinking straight. _________________ 💜💛 🏆 👀 🍖 #18!!! |

Let's face it. LeBron is older. AD is older.
Our next biggest salaries and role players
Bev - solid but older
Walker - basically sucks
Nunn - hasnt played in a year
Russ - lol
everyone else is a minimum level player. so two superstars, bev and ...? bruh 41 games is generous. esp in the west |

And LeBron is Wilts Grandson as far as Genetics go.. He is a Supa Freak!
Looking back at start of Championship season what were the predictions for that team? |

Let's face it. I'm older, you're older. The Lakers are winning 41 games this season. Next season we'll be even older.

No way any of you with any basketball knowledge would give up our only 2 FRPs for these players being talked about including Heild and Turner.
No way the Lakers have a 33 win season even with their new roster, new coach. They are already improved athletically, Davis and Lebron are healthy, got Schroder to help with offense, Beverley to help on defense, etc.
I say roll with what they have and hope for an improved Westbrook under coach Ham and with guys like Bev and Schroder lighting that fire under Russell. |
You're not in the minority. Poll is roughly 2:1 in favor of not giving up both FRPs for any of the rumored packages. _________________ Luxury Tax/FA Spreadsheet (Save to your Google Drive to edit) |

The Spurs are reportedly interested in a Russell Westbrook trade with a package centered around Josh Richardson, Jakob Poeltl and Doug McDermott |
For THOSE three, the spurs better be throwing in a pick or two. _________________ Starting Lakers Dynasty6.0! NOW!!

According to Lowe, the Jazz wanted a first round pick each for Clarkson, Bojan, etc.
Was the larger deal Bojan, Clarkson and others for Russ? But the Jazz demanded two FRPs and the Lakers only wanted to send out one? |

Not sure about the veracity of the report. But if you take on money that isn't too bad and retain your pick(s), you can always move off of it later. _________________ Austin Reaves keeps his game tight, like Kobe Bryant on game night. |

What year is pick swap? I'd likely say yes but I'm not crazy about having Conley, Beverly, Dennis and Nunn all on the roster + Walker and Reeaves who are more natural 2 guards.
I think it's time to start expecting the current roster to bee the final one. It's still much improved from last year. |

And they won’t even get one FRP. you sure showed us, Danny
Bunch of mediocre teams never know what’s good for them…too much petty and spite to advance.
Pelinka is also an idiot for making THT for Beverly swap thinking Ainge was going to do him a favor in a larger deal. |

So if we read it between the lines the Lakers don’t want to give up the picks unless it is a massive haul, the Jazz had quality players that would have fit on our roster very nicely, the only way the Lakers are gonna be intrigued with a offer is if there is a multiple team trade and we are getting quality assets from multiple teams, the Lakers are perfectly fine with wasting another year of LeBron when he’s gonna be 38 this year.. incredible. |

Quote: | Sources say Jakob Poeltl and Josh Richardson are the two Spurs players most commonly involved in trade talk. While the Spurs have dropped their asking price for the utilization of their salary cap space, their asking price for Poeltl and Richardson remains high. For Richardson, the Spurs are requesting a first round pick. For Poeltl, the Spurs are asking for two first rounders.

Look at the spurs clowns
1st for Josh Richardson
2 1st for poetl
