For as bad as Pat Bev started this season, he’s actually been pretty solid for a good stretch now. He’s back to being a solid role guy with the occasional crap shooting night.

I also had no problem with Pat, especially after his shot started to fall again.

But we need Bamba more than him so what can you do.

I liked Bev, sad to see him go. But necessary move. Rob turned this team into a contender in 24 hours

I'll say this.

Cannot stand him on opposing teams. But I get why a team wants him. He has his teammates' back.

He also helped us get Mo.

Pat will be a coach one of these days. he and Rondo are destined.

ACTUALLY, how about RONDO as a Ham assistant? though, the two might come to blows at some point. which might be entertaining anyway. LOL!

Maybe I’m wrong on this but I feel Pat was a key part of the reason this team competed so hard and had a lot of comeback wins. I felt he and Russ did a lot more positive for the team this year than negative. I don’t agree with the way lineups were used. That’s not on them.

May be will be way off, but I think we will regret in the short run giving him for what he can do intangibles and defensive effort as well as an off the ball player that plays off Lebron/AD. Wasn’t a high usage player and did a lot of the dirty work, one of the few players that came close to a 2-way role guy we badly covet.

That Pet Bev putback dunk against the Celtics would have been one of the great dunks in Lakers history if only we had won the game.

I never cared much for Beverley so I don’t really care that he is gone.

Rob could’ve tried Lonnie + Devon Reed, salaries would be in threshold.
