This team could so easily be 2-1 right now.

against who?

Clippers are better than us and its not close. Sure we will luck into a few wins against better teams but we are solidly in the middle to lower-tier pack of teams.

If Westbrook could’ve shot even 9% against The Clippers we would’ve been battling until the last possession. We also could’ve had a bigger lead at the end against Portland if Russ would’ve only missed 6 of his 10 lay-ups, but he missed 7 of 10 lay-ups. Very winnable games.
If Westbrook was a good player, nobody would want to trade him.

Hes not a good player but hes not as bad as this was the point I think he was trying to make.

He's an average player taking up over 1/3 of our cap making it impossible for us to sign decent roleplayers so he ends up being the best available option because we had no money to sign decent players that could replace him.

In that sense, he's TERRIBLE for the team.

just watch Jokic shutting down RW while guarding the rim

RW shuts himself down at the rim... Jokic not needed.

2 separate events can both happen

Why not.

San Antonio won at a healthy Philly. Utah with nothing but unheralded and past prime guys is 3-0.

Denver isn’t going to go full steam. They’re primed for a loss to LA

With 71 posts in 10 years, this appears to be another burner account like the op who’s doing nothing but making irrational claims.

Lakers are playing great defense. They could easily be 2-1 instead of 0-3.

They will dominate against the Nuggets on Wednesday. I guarantee it!

Unlike some of you fake Laker fans here, I believe in them

Who will they dominate next game?

Did the team buy out all of the Chicken McNuggets in the Denver area?

This topic didn't age well. Well, we can't fault Westbrook for this loss.

They did dominate, but it was the loss column.
