Mr. durable’s ego is so bruised from his LA experience that now he’s sitting out games
The end is near. Either by trade or him sitting at home. He won’t sit on the bench I think that’s pretty clear. |

Not going to lie I went from dreading to watch this to being a bit excited to see how the team plays without him.. I know it's going to be tough but I just hope to see that same defensive intensity we saw against Portland.. Give me that and no Russ for an entire game and I can live with the result.
It makes you wonder if he is pissed they finally made the decision to bench him? |

I call BS that he really has a hamstring issue he already admitted that coming off the bench made him tweak it for whatever reason so I think we might be seeing a trade soon. |

You might be right. I alternate between wanting Russ DNP-CD'd every game to having him play 35 minutes/game so as to be Rob Lowe's worst nightmare. |

Would you guys rather we win the game with Russ, or lose without him playing? |

You think people will give you an honest answer? it should be win, but we have threads about rooting against so there is that. _________________ Kobe.

Neither, root for the Lakers to win. But I'm more optimistic without Russ. We would have a better chance to turn from The Bricksters back to the Lakers. |

With or without Russ it's going to be tough to beat the Nuggets but I don't really have an agenda about any one individual player I just want the Lakers to win. |

Yeah, I just want to see the Lakers be a competent team honestly.. I don't think that's at all possible when he's in the starting lineup with our roster construction especially even if we do win some games here and there with him there.
I'd say I def. disliked Beverly significantly more before both were Lakers but the big difference is that I at least respected Beverly and never questioned his effort and doing whatever it takes for his team to win. Russ? He's been a clown long before his Laker days, he was just a Clown with a 1 in a billion athletic ability that is quickly fading away and his inability to ever improve his skillset is now glaringly obvious for all to see and he's projecting all his insecurities like a little Child instead of just manning up and looking in the mirror.
Saying all that I still take a win regardless. I'm not rooting against Russ on the basketball floor while he's still here, i'm just rooting for him to never wear a Lakers uniform again as soon as possible. |

I hope we win. Further proves we don't need Westbrick and sways our dumb front office to ship his ass out of LA. |

^^ great to see where you guys are at
Contention or not, I just want to see a competent Laker squad on the floor with or without Russ. If he's making bone-headed plays then just yank him out.
Hoping to see some inspired play from AD going against Jokic |

In reality, the offense would be better if we ran more. Defenses getting set make our offense tougher. _________________ “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” ― Elie Wiesel |

Bron is virtually unguardable in the post. Why not play him like the mailman, eat clock, and play d? We are stealing the ball enough to get more possessions and could probably RB more.
IDk, just feels like missing shots isn't a new thing. Bit us last year. At least this year we actually have guys who can defend. _________________ Kobe.

Nuggets coming of an L, we most likely start out 0-4 with this game being on road. |

6.5 pt underdogs as expected.
Last season Russ missed the Portland game and LeBron/AD played really uninspiring ball. Please play hard tonight and make it a game. |
