Before the trip, if someone had told me we'd go 3-3 I would have been ecstatic. But given that we started the trip 2-0 (including a big win at Milwaukee, 3-3 seems like a bit of a let down. |
Damn the flu and damn the refs in Philly |
Agreed on both counts. But when your record is what ours is, we can't absorb those unexpected situations. Good teams can. |

No it didn't. Home team playing the Lakers with nothing to lose shot well and punched above their weight. This is nothing compared to the other gut punches this season. |

Because we were not convincing with our play. We're a bad team and our record proves that. We needed a combined 70pts from Lebron and AD to win against the worst team in the league.
I for sure thought after the Bucks W we had turned a corner but it was wishful thinking. We cant sustain. |
I think they just get bored against the terrible teams. I expect them to control the Boston game from start to finish. |

You are in for a disappointment if you think we can control the game against the Celtics when there putting up historical offensive numbers |

Makes you wonder again Why Rob didn’t try to get him instead of Pat Bev? Wouldn’t cost a lot either |

Because he didn’t have to give up a 1st rd pick for Beverly. |

Right, Jazz didn’t get any FRPs either, so maybe 2-3 2nd round picks or a lottery protected one might get it done |

Lakers are inconsistent. Seems when we play poor teams we play poorly. When
we play good teams we play better. Which team will show up? _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Main focal of point of the story is DANNY AINGE.
No way he is gonna give us anything of true value no matter how much it would benefit his team.
Same story for the other 28 NBA teams. Lakers tax will forever be a thing especially to an ex-celdick. |

As much as many people in here wanna crap on the 7-22 Pistons they have a pretty good solid young core to grow on. Jaden Ivey, Cade, Killian, Saddiq Bey, Jalen Duren.
They compete pretty hard every night fwiw as well.
With wins against the Warriors, Mavericks, and Heat.
Not saying they are the 04' Pistons by any means but still a solid young core to build off of. |

An please for the love of God, I hope Rob signs Alec Burks to our squad next season as he will be a free agent.
Tired of this guy going 06' Kobe Bryant on us |

Yeah I’m not going to complain about this win. Teams better than the Lakers have lost to Detroit.
I wasn’t even sure the Lakers would win this game. So take the 3-3, albeit disappointing after a 2-0 start and what should have been 4-2 road trip with the way they were surging tbh. |

1 more made free throw by AD and we beat the Sixers in a top 5 comeback win in NBA history and we end this road trip 4-2....... |

Bobdanovic had that huge 3rd quarter, but he was a traffic cone against any of our guards

AD is playing amazing but the Lakers aren't helping him at all.
hes gotta do too much on both sides.
give the man some damn help on defense at least.
starting two point guards isn't helping. Pelinka get off your ass and make a damn move already |

No surprise that he is pretty one dimensional. Same offensive scheme he runs in Detroit he had in Utah where he has full green light to jack up any three at any time.
Only difference is he doesn't have to share the rock with Mitchell, Conley, Clarkson ect.
Watching Bojan chuck threes unconsciously to end this game was sorta
Sure his lack of defensive presence could of hid well behind AD but like Barry Seal mentioned earlier he wanted that 20 million a season and I'm good with Troy Brown |

If I had to guess Rob is gonna use the excuse of that he's waiting on the Bulls situation before he pulls any trigger.
Chicago just lost a nail bitter to the Hawks. An now with Alex Caruso injured with a sore lower back I can see them really struggling.
Either way nobody has faith in RP and Jeanie. This is our team for the foreseeable future more than likely |
