Apparently there are no rehab facilities that specialize in whatever this is.

I'm going to go cold turkey, but Thanksgiving is a ways away, so y'all are in luck.

And Indiana University could still pay me a living wage, but I don't see that happening in the next 6 months either.

I love LeBron and his competitiveness but he needs to go, you can thank him for the championship he bought us in 2020 but it’s time to move on

Hell no!

I would love to agree with you but what argument should we have in keeping him around? He gives you the highlight plays and nice stats but he has been here for 4 years and we have only had a successful season once..

Should be a mutual thing. LeBron still has a lot to give and he’ll rot his last few years. Let him compete on a contending team

He has offense to give. Zero defense, zero leadership but with turnovers.

Still has the 3rd best defensive rating on this team... Which tells you how bad the rest of the team on defense.

We are bad

But you still find a way to single out Lebron on that department despite he's one of your best defensive guys out there surrounded by worst defenders. Guess who's the other two guys above him... Dwight and AD....

Guys like Stanley/Reaves/Gabriel who suppose to be defensive guys are not having the same impact on that end.

https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/lakers-players-defensive-rating-this-season

This is a bron thread, but people are quick to only look at his scoring. So I try to balance, plus he’s our leader.

Russ, melo, etc aren’t known as defensive stoppers, so to magically expect that on a bron led team is silly.

Dwight sucks. People cry about getting him more minutes but he is done, yes AD plays good D.

But this is brons team. He is our unquestioned leader. We suck.

Just take your L man. LeBron has been our third best defensive player. Guess who has been worst? Your favorite player Westbrook but you complain about his defense every game thread

You are glossing him for being 3rd best on a bad defensive team.

So which one is it? Is he a bad defensive player or just surrounded by a bad defensive team... You make him sound like he's a bad defensive player on a very good defensive team.

We're talking about the same guy who was playing in all defensive level before he got hurt last season.

Seriously. He talks as if Lebron is holding us back on defense lol. We aren’t good on that end but singling out Lebron constantly (while ignoring his age and his offensive load) when we have several players that hurt us even more on defense WHILE being younger and no offensive load to carry is just silly.

Lebron isn’t perfect but on the court whatever games we’ve won and games we’ve had chances to win were mainly because of Lebron. And the games we’ve lost….most of the time this season it’s because guys played worse than him…relative to their role on this teams.

Nope. We suck defensively, but he is our leader. You only shine his offense so it’s important to balance with reality.

He Turns the ball over just about as much as Russ too but we never hear about it.

However regardless of numbers. No one watches the actual games and thinks he’s a good defender unless you have an agenda. Talking heads point it out, a few of us here do to.

I don’t point out Russ, melo D because that’s what they have been.

You won’t point out Russ D because that’s just another negative thing among his many negatives brought to the team. It’s much easier to point to the superior player who’ve been carrying this team offensively all year despite Westbrook being the highest paid player on the team and 4 years younger. Russ has all the tools to be a great defensive player like he was in college. He’s been a disappointment on that end his entire career but not from lack of ability and talent.

No. I don’t expect D from Russ, melo this isn’t a new revelation.

We can disagree.

You say bron is a good defender, I say he’s bad. We both win.

Except we have seen Bron turn up the defensive intensity for stretches at least.. He's also shown elite defense throughout the majority of his career. Russ hasn't done that for a decade+. It's straight up disrespectful to even put Russ in the same league as Bron in any aspect regarding to basketball outside of salary. You're trash talking the only Championship level caliber starter on our roster that's healthy. If he had a little more help where the team didn't completely fall apart anytime he's not dropping 40-50 points he'd probably be still playing more 2 way ball like he did the majority of his entire career including just 2 years ago when we hung a banner.

Bron is clearly a SIGNIFICENTLY better defender then the guys you mention on top of completely carrying them offensively on a nightly basis while in his 19th season as a 37 year old. Butttttt it's worthless and nothing special since he's not also a DPOY candidate and carrying them on that end as well? That's crazy my man, a lottt of craziness on this board but some of your posts def. take it to another level.

I just wanted to add a quote post to make this bigger, carry on...

I sometime jack when I get high, but that's another story.

On a more serious note, who the hell left the door unlocked?

Also, I'm just about out of salsa. Can this day get any worse?
