better think twice before mowing down one of those double six dollar burgers. 1520 calories

i do like In-N-Out the best. jack in the box is pretty good. del taco is bomb. dont' really like any others.

I actually interviewed Eric Schlosser (Fast Food Nation) and he said In N Out actually uses good meat.

If the original bit about PF Chang was a sarcastic dig at PF Chang being equivalent to fast food, then I agree.

PF Chang is NOT a good Chinese restaurant.
Please go to a real Chinese restaurant if you think it is good in any ways.

This is analogous to eating sushi at Farmer's Market, although that's still better than eating sushi at VONS or something.

even though In-N-Out fairs better than most of the others....take a look at what it really means to eat an In-N-Out meal.

a double double, fries and a coke means:

1254 calories, 59 grams of fat, 1704 grams of sodium.

each day you should have:

2000 calories, 44-66 grams of fat, around 2500 grams of sodium.

these numbers are from the same link.

so even In-N-Out is a pretty heavy meal with most of it's content coming from bad sources rather than good ones.

Ewwww!
PF Changs != Chinese Food
PF Changs != good

The first and last time I ate there I could've sworn that I saw tacos on the menu....

God's sake, man, take a trip across the river and treat yourself to some of the best Chinese cuisine in the country.

Yoshinoya? If so, yes it's fast food. And no, it's not good.

If you're in the town of South Pasadena, check out Hi-Life burgers on Fair Oaks ave.

Great burgers and even better chilli fries and pastrami sandwiches.

the fries are the killers... I only eat In N Out on the days I do my long runs and have, for lack of a better term, have 1,000 extra calories to burn

Agree, but the sodium is in milligrams, not grams. 2500 grams of sodium would be roughly 5-1/2 lbs. of salt

(or about the amount in a small fries at McDonalds )

1)Del Taco

3)Wendys
4)In n out
5)Jack in the Box
6)Wienerschnitzel
7)McDonalds
8)El Pollo Loco
9)KFC
10)Carl's Jr.

Taco Bell used to be my favorite but the past few years it has disappointed the hell out of me. The meat is awful now. Their packet sauce is bad too.
Del Taco is light-years better than taco bell in every aspect.

This is why you can have junk food maybe once a week but of course the rest of the week your diet is mainly going to consist of food that really is healthy. We're talking strict diet.

I think Wendy's is vastly underrated for a simple burger. Not as good as Inn n out but the quality is much better than the other chains eg) McDonalds. Personally, I hate Inn n out fries so I tend to go to Wendy's.

Oh, and fyi for east coasters, Carl's Jr = Hardee's. It's the same place, but it's just called different names depending on where you live. There might be a few menu differences here and there but generally its the same food.
