Am I the only person who thinks the Lakers SHOULD win every game in this series by 10+ points?

We seriously have way more talent. The Spurs are a three-man team.

...well theres not much left to say as far as analysis of the matchups and such. Its been beaten to death. The Lakers are a completely different team than they were 2 months ago. They are so smooth right now, smoothest offensive team I have ever witnessed. They are truly clicking. San Antonio is bascially the same team they have been all year. Tim Duncan is about 75% of what he used to be, which is the reason I feel they won't be able to hang with us.

People keep over looking this HUGE fact. No one in the media is talking about it...THIS ISN'T THE 25 & 12 TIM DUNCAN ANYMORE, HE IS NOW A 17 & 9 GUY! And how the h3ll is that going to get the Spurs by us with Lamar and Gasol on the frontline playing perfectly together? How the h3ll is a broke down Tim Duncan and a 50 year old Kurt Thomas going to cover Gasol and Lamar? I just don't see anyway they can hang. Sure, Parker will get his, we can't stop point guards. Sure, Manu will go nutts a few games, it is what it is. But unless Duncan finds a way to turn back the clock and average 25 & 12, I just don't see any way they can beat us...

I suspect they will try and do what they did to New Orleans in game 7 the other night, play some thug ball. Problem there is two fold. First of all we just beat a younger and more physical thug team in Utah. And did it mighty handily I might add. Secondly, Monday night was the most physical I have seen the Spurs in quite awhile. They are just too old to play that way for a full series. They would have more guys knicked up than we would.

I am sure they will try it as it is really the only choice they have. They certainly can't keep up with us so slowing it down and "ugly up" the game will be all they have. I just don't see any way it will work. The only true advantage they have is experience. If this thing comes down to a game 7, our young guys sphincters may get a bit tight. But if thats the case, we would be in Staples and Kobe wouldn't let us lose in that situation.

So kick back, crack a cold one (or 2 or 3 or 4), those of you lucky enough to be at the game, cheer loud and lets enjoy this series to its fullest. We haven't been a good enough team to be at this level of competition in several years. Man, it sure feels good again! GO LAKERS!
