Not with these officials.

Jesus, we had a huge FT advantage over the Jazz, and it was because we were more physical and aggressive. We just need to do the same.

Just stop. We dont need that. We need to learn to stop settling for jump shots and attack the rim. We'll get the calls at home if we do that.

We actually had more points in the paint at the start of the game which was evidence of us going inside and not settling for jumpers but the FT difference was still huge.

hahaha...come on, Kobe drove like crazy in the 4th...he was grabbed a couple of time, no call...even the alley oop was a foul still no call...it's increasingly getting annoying.

If Luke doesn't play, Lakers have a chance at winning the 3 games in LA. Luke poses no threat on the offensive end, so the Celtics just sag off him. And on defense, Luke is too small and too slow to guard any of their big SF's.

Getting the first win is important on game 3. This will give our young team some positives and confidence to play through the rest of the series.

He doesnt do it enough. He drives then fades away from the basket to get his shot off.

since he doesn't get any calls, he should continue going to the hole since there's a higher possibility the he'll make the shot instead of just shooting jumpers

I thought so too. But it doesn't matter, the game might look like a win for Boston, but this is the game that turns things around for LA. Does anyone smell 4 straight wins?

Not lately, they won 2 in Detroit but yea, the lakers need all three.

Lakers become so mentally unstable at times, it REALLY hurts them.

I admire Kobe's fight in the 2nd half....he needs to bring it All game...of course it would help if he was allowed to play defense in the 1st half

Wow, just wow! Today we've witnessed the most egregiously, hypocritically manipulated game by the nba ever played out in the history of mankind. Unfreakin believable how the end played out exactly as I called it, after a nice comfortable lead was generated by the confidence instilled in the Celtics thanks to the worst officiating ever seen, they coyly swallowed those whistles against the Lakers in the 2nd half, and allowed the Lakers to play long enough to just about catch up, then with the game almost in total jeapardy brought out the whistle just in time to seal the already decided victory for Boston.

Lakers down only 2, Kobe overplayed Pierce. No reason to guard him so close when he was so far from the basket. It allowed KG to screen him out and Pierce to act for another 2 free-throws by these refs.

There you go. And he will get his calls eventually. But he needs to attack. Not attack, stop and shoot a fadeaway.
