Most likely the Ritz at the Marina like everyone else.

Seriously, you think they are going to make that public information? And I don't want the public to know, it's bad enough there's a great opportunity for someone in the hotel to slip some food poisoning into their meals.

If I were the Lakers I'd send someone out who's part of their staff to pick up food. I wouldn't trust anything from the Hotel.

Most (not all) NBA teams stay at the Beverly Wilshire hotel in Beverly Hills. That's where Boston stayed last year.

I guess a bunch of Laker fans have their Wed night planned out.

During the regular season, when the Lakers play the Magic in Orlando, they always stay in a hotel downtown. However, for the Finals, Jackson plans to have the Lakers stay in a hotel miles away from downtown to limit distractions.

hope that helps a little, take lots of pics if you guys end up staying near the players.

But to minimize distractions during the NBA Finals, Lakers coach Phil Jackson decided to have the team stay at a hotel miles from downtown, the Times reported.

That hotel is the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes, which is about 12 miles from the Amway Arena.

Not sure where they stay in the Orlando, Florida area when visiting but I do know that I have seen Derek Fisher a few times @ http://www.shinglecreekgolf.com/ Playing golf in the Central Florida area can be difficult with Tee times and such. Well that is of course unless you are a pro-athlete traveling to Orlando, like Fisher, you can play any golf course that you like!

During the NBA All-Star weekend I saw many NBA players, including some of the Laker players. Some of the players were hard for me to recognize in person without their Uniforms on. The NBA All-Star weekend was a blast!

Some of the Lakers players seem to frequent the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida. I even saw Bynum wearing a custom basketball jersey that said "AB" on the back, with Lakers on the front.
