Tmac felt this was the best team he has ever been on, with home court to boot, for the first time in his career. Sorry, plug Kobe in there, and they beat Utah, guaranteed...........

Yes, and Shaq was the #2 guy on that Heat team, we all know that was and is Wade's team. Now if Kobe has someone equal to Wade's talent level, except in the form of a big man, and the Lakers go to the Eastern Conference, and then Kobe doesn't win a ring, then you may have a point. Too many factors to make the point that "Shaq won with another guard, Kobe hasn't won one yet" to support the age old "any star perimeter player could have won with Shaq back on those Laker teams" argument.

you cant talk guarantees with Kobe anymore. especially after blowing a 3-1 series lead.

if tmac had blown a 3-1 series lead, the argument would be
kobe couldve pull at least pulled 1 win out..gauranteed. Well we saw what Kobe did, and we saw what he did the following season. The game is tough no matter what coast you play on. making it to the finals IS a great thing.

I shouldn't do this because it's sorta childish, but it's my buddy's work and it's kinda funny. Digg it if you are into that sorta thing.

No one witnessed

I'm talking about beating Utah with Yao and you reach for last year's series against Phoenix?

WTF does that have to do with what I said? My point was swap Kobe for TMac and they win....Also, Nobody remembers who came in second. Somebody had to come out of that atrocious conference.....by default.

Give it a rest. Kobe is no god. If anything, he's becoming a little quiter.

i think your just upset that Kobe isnt the basketball god, that could will a HS team to an nba championship , that you thought he would be if he had his own team. you now understand how good tmac/ Ai really were and what they couldve done with a Shaq on their side...you know just like what Dwade did.

I would never call Kobe or any human a "God". I don't play like that.

LeBroom certainly isn't and I don't appreciate being force fed that he is....

Based on what? If its blind hate then I'd see your point. But to me its that LeBron is getting hyped up way before he's ready if at all. I mean I know its not his fault entirely but the fact is the NBA and media should let LeBron come into his own before you anoint him "King". Maybe one day he will be but today is not that day.

And yeah I do think he has an ego but that doesn't bother me either about him.

Beyond that I prefer him over Wade at least.

why doesnt anyone realise the whole "king" thing is mainly a play off of his name? its not the same as if Kobe called himself king kob, because it has no relation. you are just reaching for a reason to hate.and since when is self confidence a bad thing when you deont let it affect your teammates??

And what exactly is he the "King" of? I mean this league is so pathetic and desperate to find that cash cow of Jordan in anyone and LeBron is next on that list. They're marketing him to death and not letting him come into his own. They should realize that the team concept along with stars should be marketing not just stars. Its become such an individualistic sport I feel it is killing the NBA on some level with this. Although with the arrival of Oden/Durant there won't be nearly as much focus on LeBron as before unless he wins a title. Stern turns on them pretty quickly.

Reaching for a reason to hate? Okay then...
