I still think full-electric is the way to go. I don't even want to think about long term maintenance costs on a hybrid.
At least the public would have far easier access to power their own vehicles with 0 necessity for petrol from oil companies.
And, electric is a lot easier to maintain than internal combustion engines, nevermind any kind of hybrid drivetrain. That's part of the reason why the electric car died by GM. |
A couple more years for Tesla to come out with something at around $30K:
