pre-game
Quote: | Lavine about to go HAM against LA like he always does. |
Quote: | This team needs to make up their mind, if you're hurt you're hurt and in street clothes and if you are healthy enough you are in the rotation. I'm sick of this "he's dressed and we might play him if needed". I get we have very few available but you need to be black and white with injuries from game to game. |
Quote: | How terrible are the Lakers when they have castaway Wayne Ellington and Wes Johnson on their team. And no I don't feel for them at all. |
LG wrote: | We gon' win 4 sure 2 nyte |
LG wrote: | We're going to destroy them. The Lin/Clarkson back court will be too much for them to handle. |
LG wrote: | cmon guys, we are going to need your worst performance tonight. |
1st half
Quote: | I was hoping we'd carry a little more fire from the last game. Nothing of the sort. Why why why do we have to be like this. |
Quote: | They got two of our old shooters. Waynemaker and Wes |
Quote: | My god what an ugly quarter. |
Quote: | Facepalm on Dieng's turnover where lavine tipped him the rebound but he threw it away. I don't mind the travel because its a basketball play but guys at the gym don't make that previous mistake. |
Quote: | Hopefully another 20&20 on our two prime rooks, not concerned with end result tho. |
Quote: | 5 assists, 12 turnovers in the half.
4 TOs for Zach, 5 for Dieng. |
Quote: | Quote: | This is barely basketball... | I chuckled at your comment. At one time I had hope for Wes and Wayne and of course they never panned out. They still haven't! I really thought wayne would be a lights out shooter from what I saw in college. So much for that.
Wayne disappoints me to this day. |

LG wrote: | LG wrote: | Start of the 4th Quarter knicks got 54
Lakers got 49 at half |
Knicks: Full Measure
Lakers: Half Measure |
2nd half
Quote: | God I hope we don't run Wiggins into the ground with all these 40+ minute games and get him injured. |
Quote: | What a bad game of basketball... |
Quote: | omg Chase, you finally look like the guy you were supposed to be when we signed you last year. |
Quote: | Buuuuuddddd!!!
This guy is THE GREATEST CHASE BUDINGER OF ALL TIME!!!! |
LG wrote: | [b]Just like Nick Young last year, Jeremy Lin will cost us a top 3 draft pick.
|
LG wrote: | The Wolves aren't even trying... |
LG wrote: | Chase Budinger is Ryan Kelly's ceiling. |
LG wrote: | Tony "Lin" Parker driving through the lane... |
LG wrote: | Lin looks frackin unstoppable this game.... |
LG wrote: | GET LIN THE **** OFF THE FLOOR!! |
LG wrote: | This is like watching two one legged men play kickball |
LG wrote: | Ed Davis wont let us tank |
LG wrote: | WOLVES LEAD!!!
LET'S DO IT!!!!!!!!! |
LG wrote: | lol lavine cant even take ryan kelly off the dribble |
LG wrote: | I've never seen a player that looks to shoot it at any opportunity like Ellington. Literally every time he gets the ball he tries to create space to shoot. |
LG wrote: | Come on Lavine. You had Ryan "I have no agility" Kelly on you. Blow past his ass. |
LG wrote: | I screamed so loud I scared my dog!! |
overtime
Quote: | Refs screwed the lakers on that Dieng steal though. |
Quote: | Haha another over time. Time to do work Lavine. Secure me victory for the week. |
Quote: | Chase Budinger - "I don't always play well, but when I do... it's in a meaningless game". |
Quote: | R.I.P Gorgui's nuts. |
Quote: | Quote: | So Lin had 19 points through 3 quarters and hasn't played since???? What is that | cuz Byron Scott hates Lin lol. Just acknowledged the fact that he is an NBA player last week hahah |
Quote: | How bad are the Lakers...they have given up 25 pts off of turnovers. |
Quote: | I forget, where is the NBA replay center located? |
Quote: | Wiggins blocks Waynemaker but we dun goofed and fouled. |
Quote: | And they win off of a flop. NBA: Where Amazing Happens. |
Quote: | The Lakers forum is pissed our tank was stronger than theirs... |
LG wrote: | lol dude got a flying knee to the balls. |
LG wrote: | Wolves are sacrificing Dieng's balls for lottery balls |
LG wrote: | MORE TANKS IN THIS GAME THAN IN WHOLE WW2 |
LG wrote: | We want to be the losers!!! |
LG wrote: | Listen how disappointed Billy Mac is when he said "Lakers lead." I love him, he's one of us. |
LG wrote: | I am literally praying here for the loss! |
LG wrote: | Flip has that look, of aw crap, we could tie or win this game... |
LG wrote: | Look at Hill's expression, it totally says "haha (bleep) you tankers, imma break da good weed out tonight and maybe asphyxiate some hookers after the game hehe" |
LG wrote: | Foul ,immediately, still can lose. |
LG wrote: | Yay, another win. |
LG wrote: | a beautiful win |

Lol at the guy asking how bad are the lakers since they gave 25 points off turnovers. Not as bad as the wolves smart guy since they still lost even with the lakers committing those turnovers. |

They have been in the lottery plenty of times. They know from experience that a top 5 pick doesn't make or break a team most of the time. |

Because their pick is not top 5 protected and will keep their pick no matter what. The welfare assest poor Lakers are in a different situation totally. |

Yep. I wouldn't be a tanker if our pick wasn't protected. |
