Loved Ingram/Zubac. The moment they back in the 4th we got right back into the game. Nice. |

Kobe got noticed when he took it to Jerry stackhouse as a 17 year old..and Jerry has been mentoring and teaching Ingram..starting to see a trend |

I think we found our C of the future. He has all the tools to be really good at only 19 wow. Our scouting department is the real MVP here. _________________ "I was just letting the shots fly. You know, I don't leave any bullets in the chamber." -Kobe

Results in brown forcing the shot because he was supposed to. |
Actually the second play was for Ingram to get the ball back in the corner. |

Ingram trusted Brown and Brown didn't return the favor. |

Driving in after they took the foul is bad, they could have just as easily fouled. |
It's called trusting your teammates. |

Oh well. Good showing from Ingram and Zubac! |
Ingram reseted at the 3pt line right next to him so I doubt it was for AB from the start. |

I thought Ingram just repositioned well.
The first play was for AB. Then before the second inbound I saw AB looking at the bench. Asking if he takes the shot again. Probably had the green light so he shot it. |

Man imagine once we get the offensive and defensive systems down how it's going to be once guys get into the habits of where to be on the floor, getting use to each other things like that. I just hope out front office is willing to be patient for 1-2 more years cause this team has a chance to be something special with the young group we got |

This one could've easily been a W if not for another job by the refs.

If there's such a thing as a good loss, this is it. The two best prospects showed improvement and dominance, which is much more important than a W in a consolation scrimmage. |

They're playing against 9th graders out there. Lakers are the moral winners of this game |

Was last game of summer league for lakers no matter what so result wasn't really important to me to see lakers win or lose (although I DID want to see them win in the moment).
What was important from today:
1. Ingram. Looked very good tonight. I don't care if he starts or comes off the bench this year but he needs to be getting well over 30 minutes a game - his length on defense will cause issues for opponents and offensively you can see the potential. Has range and shows an ability to just slink past guys who try to get up on him. I honestly think he's the best talent on our team - yes this includes dlo (no disrespect to dlo). I think Ingram will be special.
2. Zubac. Man I really like this guys enthusiasm and what he brings. I have concern vs starting nba players he may not be quick enough but definitely I think will do well at a minimum vs other teams bench guys.
3. Nance (btw we would have won tonight if he played - his d was missed). Great news his injury wasn't serious. |
