You don't let him get a RFA offer and then match it. That is a Donald Sterling Clipper level of disrespect.
This is the kind of thinking that got your buddies fired.
Common sense says let him hit the rfa market and u match.
Before you bring up sterling, remember what your buddies did with ariza
Then I guess most NBA franchises don't use common sense since that is rarely done, especially with high draft picks. So you thought that overpaying Ariza would have been a good idea?
Maybe that's why spurs didn't use common sense and waited a year, signed lma and then gave kawahii his money

Also lol at overpaying Ariza
The Spurs didn't let Kawahi get RFA offers and then match, they negotiated a deal with him. I wanted them to re-sign Ariza then use the MLE on Jack. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

Point is that had understanding that they will get deal worked out. It's kawahii who didn't wanted to go get offers.
Your thinking that it's Donald sterling approach is totally false and made up.
It's common business sense to postpone the signing to next year. Not Donald sterling thinking.

Nope I am totally fine him going and getting a rfa offer if he is so desperate and then match it. There is no disrespect in it
Just like Clarkson I believe both parties will Get the deal worked out

You are confused talking about two different things. The FO will use their cap space and then re-sign Randle. They will negotiate a deal with his agent, not Sterling him. Pelinka is smarter than that. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

Lovin this. Form looks pretty good. Notice he's very intentionally bringing his right hand back to his left arm to keep his balance

That makes some sense, although it makes me a bit weary of hands smacking. But if true, thats great, because balance was the downfall of his jumper last year
He's simply not enough of a natural shooter to twist in the air like damn Steph Curry. Drew Hanlen did a study on 'the twist/turn' , it's detrimental for most shooters.
EDIT: WAIT , he's still twisting -- and it will get exacerbated at game-speed. lawd. what the hell man, this is a shooting fundamental that any coach should know

He wont get rid of that twist until he gets the placement of that lead foot corrected. _________________ "It's just a job. Grass grows, birds fly, waves pound the sand. I beat people up."-The Greatest

It looks like a higher release, which is nice. You can tell he's still not comfortable with it though as there is a bit of a strain to ensure the right distance at the release point. _________________ LakersGround's Terms of Service

You're probably right, only because he seems to be struggling strength wise to get it there - https://www.instagram.com/p/BUp-QKPltG4/?taken-by=trainao (new angle)
which is because of a short stroke/tight upper body -- can't hold his follow through.
This stroke still has a lot of potential - it short/quick.
What I don't like about that vid - is each of those shots has some different mechanics to it. The first has no dip, a higher set-point, short concise stroke. The 2nd has dip, stroke is a bit more elongated, a bit more range of motion with cockback.
The 3rd is the end of his range, very elongated stroke/range of motion, to make it to the rim.
You can take making these 3 slightly varied strokes as a good thing, or a bad thing. Is it a sign that he can make shots in different situations/set-ups/catches, that would be great. Or is his form simply not consistent and he'll struggle because of it...

What you can also realize in the video is that after each shot he takes a step back to give it more distance on the next one. This doesn't seem accidental and he last one he shoots is a good 2-3 steps behind the three point line and he intentionally moved himself to that spot

Ok. No idea what's so disrespectful about him going and getting an offer.

Ok, tell us what players were allowed to go get RFA offers that their team matched. Besides guys like LO and Deandre Jordan. Clippers. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.
