Any of u stalkers have Instagram pic/vid of BIs new muscles?
He doesn't look any bigger imo. Hopefully, he's stronger now, though:
Just looking at his face you can see he has gained some weight
Ya'll going to be looking for weight for a long time. The weight's he's gained so far will probably melt away when he plays 82 games next season. More important to see his body fill out naturally, which will lead to weight gain gradually.
If this were the NFL, then he could load up on calories, play only one time a week, and play only 16 games a season; but basketball players are of course taller, which means a longer period to add weight, and play 82 games.
The bright spot is that even as he gains weight gradually, he can still increase his strength as well.
Keep in mind there's almost 4 more months of offseason left for him to make gains _________________ It was reminiscent of one of those Most Interesting Man in the World advertisements: "I don't always shoot 6-for-28 from the field, but when I do, I become the youngest player in league history to score 28,000 career points."

If his body can fill out like say a KD or even like KG did over time .. I'll take that like you said most important thing here is him increasing his strength ..
I watched the new Guardians of the Galaxy movie the other day. Brandon Ingram's season reminded me of Baby Groot's character arc in the film. Heck, they kind of look like each other too and have similar powers

I think he's already gained some pounds through the season. To me his shoulders looked slightly more round at the end of the season. Though he's still a stick
maybe he'll never get to 220 lbs, but I can see him as a special player _________________ White guy to white guy alley oop
Did a video on Ingram's stroke in regards to headspace, I point out a few new interesting things in the vid, compare his FTs to others.
I think it would help if you put a definition of headspace at the beginning of your videos.
Probly, thanks. Pretty much moved on to just trying to sell it to trainers and coaches now, so I explain it to them in detail, when I send it
I'm pretty proud that my favorite trainer called it 'great stuff', idk what he's going to do with the info, but he appreciated it to a degree.

Thoughts? He's still adjusting to it, but it is very different.
I wouldn't be surprised if he struggles shooting next season getting acclimated to a new shooting form. By all-star break I think we'll have a good idea if the change will improve his efficiency. Or at least a few months into the season.
At least we know his hair won't be in the way this go round _________________ It was reminiscent of one of those Most Interesting Man in the World advertisements: "I don't always shoot 6-for-28 from the field, but when I do, I become the youngest player in league history to score 28,000 career points."

I like his release point in this video.
He struggled all of last season. He still doesn't get much lift on his jumper

yeah, noticably different. Also, Ingram looks a little bigger, Zubac looks a little smaller (with a bit of muscle definition starting to show). Love Zu's soft touch around the rim. His floater game is quite deadly, you don't see many centers with that level of touch very often.

I doubt he is working on lift, more likely just the mechanics of his stroke. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

Working on his dribble pull ups, last time he was shooting one handed 5 foot jumpers. The focus right now seems to be on the close-midrange area before extending out I guess. _________________ My Dream Starting 5 next Season
