Anybody know who Lonzo's trainer is? _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

Thanks. I didn't know he was still with his Dad. _________________ Nobody in the NBA can touch the Laker brand, which, like the uniform color, is pure gold. |

Started off with Randle, then Hart joined, then we heard of Ingram working at Duke.
Now Kuzma posted a workout pic captioned "coming back a whole different monster". Lakers posted a picture of Lonzo lifting weights and a fan posted a picture of him with ice bags around his knees.
They're all on the grind and i'm hard. |

Kuzma is gonna be really good. I was comparing his rookie stats to Klays 2nd season. Very close. Not that hes gonna be the shooter or defender Klay is but Kuzma is a legit offensive option for this team. I'm talking 20ppg. _________________ Coach Vogel, Kidd, Hollins

So basically a triple double would satisfy you? Lol
I’m hoping for 15/6/8 with respectable shooting percentages. Teams totally disrespected him last year because of his FT shooting. They didn’t even go hack-a-Zo and waste fouls - just clamp up on the other 4 and force Zo to take uncontested shots. |

I agree, Kuz will be real good. I really hope we hold on to him. _________________ Lakers need to build a freaking team ! |

Wow, that defensive impact for a rookie PG is impressive. The team is 6th with him on the court and 17th with him off. That’s a huge gap. |

Well . . . before you get too excited about that stat, remember who was playing PG when Ball wasn't on the court. |

Then forget the gap.
And pay attention to being number 6.
Can we be excited about that part? |

BI, Clarkson, IT. Ennis and Caruso really weren't that bad on defense. IT probably moved us down 10 spots in the rankings just by himself. |

There'll be a team in Lithuania happy to give him #2. |

If Ben Simmons doesn't cheat his way to PG being 6'10 and second year Lonzo would be the best PG, so overall I think he did good.

Damn, kind of sucks he only got 2nd team but it was expected. At the beginning of the year, I thought he was a lock for 1st team and good chance at ROY based on his summer league play. Still a great achievement and should be a reason to be motivated this summer going into training camp. He should make the All Sophomore 1st team next year |

little surprised that Dennis Smith Jr. got more votes than Ball. In the end, missing 1st team could always be a blessing in disguise....just serves as a reminder that from this point, nothing will come easy.
Overall, the fact that OG and Bam did not even make the list....and I truly think both have All Star upside speaks volumes about their group. |
