I did a long time ago late 90's when it was Arco.
In the boonies that place was.
Thing i remember most was the seat i was sitting in was the kind you'd sit in in the bleachers of a ball park somewhere. Just cheap plastic
And i was in the FIRST ROW corner! About 10 feet from court
Crazy.
(Not helpful in todays $ i know but i think i paid like $70 walking up to box office) |

I have: at the old arco arena as well as the new Golden 1 center..
I do go for the dubs/lakers games.. been doing that forever
Man the new sacramento arena is amazing! Tickets are also decent (get em early: or get them from kings fans).. Laker games have a non trivial laker presence : mostly from bay area.. you can see all the laker fans heading there to sacramento on the capitol corridor the day of.. |
Ok cool, thanks for the advice! I'm looking at that November 10th game. It's on a Saturday so I won't have to worry about rush hour traffic leaving the Bay |

Not sure why the Spurs get 25 National TV games. |
NBA TV games count as National TV, but I wouldn't count those are prime games since so much less people have that channel compared to TNT/ESPN. They have 12 NBA TV games vs 13 on ESPN/TNT.
Of the 13 games on ESPN/TNT, you could make the case that these are more for the opponent, than it is for the Spurs.
2 - GSW
2 - TOR - because, obviously
1 - LAL
1 - HOU
1 - OKC
This is where the matchups become more questionable/less intriguing.
1 - PHX
1 - LAC
1 - MIN
1 - PHI
1 - POR
1 - DET |

Get ready for the national media to write us off quickly, because that looks like a tough stretch to me for a team that just had >50% turnover. It does ease up later in November and December, though.
On the flip side, I saw a lot of beatable teams after the All-Star break so maybe it will work out for us better this way? |
Every game was winnable last year with a puppy squad. We now have Lebron James, more experienced young core and more vets. Every game is more winnable than ever. |
Agreed. Can’t wait. |

LeBron James and the Lakers open their season on October 18 on the road against the Blazers, per league sources. |
Wow I don’t ever recall the Lakers opening there season on the road, playing @ Portland will be a challenge especially considering our struggles against them in recent years. |
Rondo pretty much owns Portland after last postseason. And they have nobody who can slow down LBJ.
If the young guys just play moderately well, I expect a W. |
pretty much what i thought ... rondo will shut down lillard like he did in the playoffs. the rest are for lebron. |

Buy season tickets....otherwise you gotta pay whatever price they want on the secondary market. |

not sure about "good", but definitely not "easy".....looks a little tough in the front and back with some semi softness in the middle. There are no "easy" schedules in the West. |

I paid between $400-$800 per ticket....2-3 per game for 3 games in Orlando of the 2009 Finals....about $4K+ total. I am not rich, and definitely was not rich in 2009, but I saw it potentially being my one shot to see the Lakers in the Finals and utilized the Amex. Never had any regrets. Got to see Kobe, Pau and Phil celebrate #15. |

I predicted 50+ a couple weeks ago....I knew it was crazy, but thought we had an outside shot. We may pick up a couple more down the stretch....taking slots from teams that are not competing. |

Lakers play Portland 3 times in their first 14 games this season. Really wish one of those games in Portland were scheduled out past January, about the time we'd be ready to give them a thorough butt whipping. |

Wasn't sure if anyone had included the link to the official schedule (EDIT: of course you guys beat me to it, lol!):
https://www.nba.com/lakers/schedule?camefrom=EMCL_2434853_108795570
I like to print out the one page .pdf that shows it by month.
Tough early schedule, but we should be able to make hay starting about mid-November. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

There’s a good possibility we might start slow having LeBron and all the new vets we signed take time to gel with the kids, and that’s perfectly fine.
Heat’s first year with LeBron, Wade, Bosh started 7-8. Cavs first year with LeBron’s return started 5-7.
Hoping for the best but it wouldn’t be shocked if we started off slow our first year as well, maybe something like 5-5 or maybe 4-6? _________________ Tacos |

I would never underestimate the GOAT leading us to a good start, he wants to prove all the doubters wrong as much as he can. |
