The Nets don't want him anymore ...I know we don't want to deal with NJ anymore after this trade-deadline but would you trade LO or Kwame for Jefferson? I think Jefferson would be a better 2nd option than LO because he's able to score...What do you think??

He's a product of playing with JKidd. He's not reliable from the outside and his #'s are inflated from playing in the East. He isn't a good rebounder and he arguably has one of the 5 worst contracts in the league. Nobody wants that thing. And isn't he gay? Not that anything's wrong with that. |

The Nets also wanted to dump Kidd and Carter, now look where they are. They have a legit chance at the ECF. Go figure. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

Regarding RJ, I wouldnt want him on my team due to the injury factor. We dont want to take too many high risk players. Plus, Lo does much more than RJ. No way I give up the reb, and dimes odom drops for another scorer. _________________ Music is my medicine |

RJ will be less reliable on offense than odom is, and with a worse contract.
he's already extremely inconsistent, he's just having a great few games right now - and a lot of that is a result of how kidd is playing.
wrong target if you ask me, although if has any true value for us - it's defensively. the guys defenetly plays defense.
i think the nets will try to offer him with kristic in a package for kg, if that fails - i'm not sure they move him at all. |

Would be nice cuz he can rebound and defend nicely, dont know how much of his points come from playing with Kidd. I'd possibly trade Odom for him, but I dont know, that would leave us a gigantic hole at PF. _________________ www.lakersbrasil.com

I'd definitely offer the Nets a Kwame & Vlad for RJ.
You figure the Nets will bite since they dump RJ's $12mm avg and take on Vlad's $6mm avg. With the extra dollars, they can use to resign Kristic who's a free agent after next yr.
I think RJ would be decent in the triangle since he gets buckets mostly by slashing and also creating off the dribble.
Plus you can let Odom play the 4 exclusively.
At least you can get a solid #2 scorer in RJ w/o giving trading Bynum. _________________ #11/08/16 America became GREAT again

I didn't realize that was a team objective. I prefer LO playing the 3 exclusively. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

Interesting you mention that...I didn't make up the exclusive 4 spot...take a look at today's OC Register.

Odom gradually has worked less and less as a facilitator in the triangle offense — which Tex Winter suspected from the start was too much for the 6-foot-10 Odom — so his greatest effect on offense has to be inside, even though he's not necessarily a power player. _________________ #11/08/16 America became GREAT again
