I didn't understand J Crit going into the game during a critical time after not playing at all. His shot was way off and he wasn't cooling Crawford at all. Why not Ariza? Also the second unit that ended the 3rd and began the 4th looked lost out there on offense not to mention no one could stop Crawford. Phil tries to have patience to let the group grow but I think he waited too long and let the momentum shift. Other coaches would have stopped it by calling a timeout or subbing in for the starters again. The substitutions were questionable for much of the second half. I also think they went away from the style of play that worked in the first half. Kobe did start taking some bad shows and real early in the shot clock. I don't understand his decision making sometimes.
