Draymond needs help. He's not only hurting himself he hurting his team and heaping more onto his basketball misconduct record. I think he gets at least a 10-game suspension. If Green doesn't get help he may get tossed from the league.

Green gets ejected

Metta, while never perfect, did get better as he aged in the behavior department (from what I recall). Draymond seems to be getting worse.

He needs a hard stop on allowing this kind of behavior or it's only gonna get worse.

I'm not sure he cares about a 10 game suspension. If he thinks the Warriors can win a championship with him knocking someone out he will do it. His actions are very calculated and he knows he can have his podcast in 5 years time and pretty much nobody will remember his dirty plays.

After 5 games for the headlock, it has to escalate to 10. It won't, but it should.

I don't know about that. At this point, he has pretty much assured his legacy as going down in history as one of the dirtiest players ever to play.

Green would have been a great fit with the Detroit Pistons Bad Boys, Isiah Thomas, Joe Dumars and Bill Laimbeer. Draymond may have used his last get-out-of-jail card from Dumars, head of Basketball Operations. IMO he gave Draymond breaks because he played a rough-and-tumble game and believes in it's style.

NBA suspends Warriors' Draymond Green indefinitely

LOS ANGELES -- Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has been suspended indefinitely by the NBA for striking Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic in the face during Tuesday night's game, the league announced Wednesday.

According to the NBA's release, "This outcome takes into account Green's repeated history of unsportsmanlike acts."

Green will be required to meet "certain league and team conditions before he returns to play," the NBA said.

Green received a flagrant 2 foul for striking Nurkic and was ejected for the third time this season.

The discipline come just about one month after Green's last suspension, which was for five games after for putting Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert in a chokehold.

The league has made it clear that Green's history as a repeat offender continues to play a major role in the severity of the punishments it hands to Green.

He should get 2 months of required anger management therapy and then be placed on a no warning program: another ejection for a flagrant upon his return is a suspension for the rest of the season.

I thought he'd get a ten-day suspension. Indefinite suspension says the league has had enough.

That should, should be must. Like Nurkic said, Green needs help.

20 games, three times a week meeting with a shrink, travel to each player he has flagrant fouled with a televised meeting and apology to the player, followed by a game day paycheck donated to their charity.

Warriors fined and disciplined for not taking the players actions seriously, and thus threatening NBA players around the League.

Consider suspending Kerr and the general manager and requirements put into place stating how they deal with their problem child.

Extra punishment:
LBJ and Adams can kick him in the balls
Sabonis will stand on his chest
    Poole can punch him
    Gobert can choke him
    Nurcik can backslap him

Dude should've been banned on principle after he punched LeBron in the bronnies during the finals.

I really don’t expect they will do all those things, but I think above ten games, some type of mental wellness or anger manage program will be implemented.

If I was Adam Silver, I would suspend him for the entire season and let him try again next year.

This has gotten ridiculous at this point.

Adam Silver is the worst commissioner in professional sports, I don’t think that he will take the media hit of a long term suspension. The talk will subside after a few weeks and then the league will say that Green is reformed and let him return. The term “indefinite” is convenient.

It should be infinity. He started dirty and it has been escalating over time. But, I'm sure it will come in around 10 games + some sort of anger management online course.

Indefinite could be very brief or very lengthy suspension. Basically Draymond has to show remorse and that he's changed. I don't think he's changing. He should've put a number of games at least that would be a line in the sand.

I don't think Green is all that good. Yeah he's a distraction for both
the other team and his own.

Throwing cheap shots, choking? Ehhh

His behaviors are detrimental to all sides and the game.

Sounds like Green may be coming back soon, hope he has learned something.

But I doubt it.

He is back.

Over/under on him doing something stupid?

I would say 10 games.

I remember when Rasheed Wallace was playing and his rope was getting shorter and shorter. He'd get technicals easily and suspended quite often. Seems like Draymond has the opposite happen to him, his leash just gets longer and longer.

Meanwhile guys who are model citizens get technical fouls for staring at the ref or hanging on the rim slightly too long.
